CRM for sales teams

A CRM your team will actually use, because we build it around how they sell: in person, by phone or online.

We connect your CRM to WhatsApp, email, your calendar and the system where you issue invoices.

And we add AI where it saves time: it reads messages, writes follow-ups and fills in orders, while your team checks and decides.

Real project

A CRM for the sales team of a food manufacturer

Before, the sales team kept customers and orders in Excel, typed by hand. The reps visit customers on the road, and many orders arrive as photos on WhatsApp.

What we built

  • A daily call list based on each customer's buying rhythm
  • On the phone, reps log visits and orders by voice or with a photo
  • Sales imported from the old system, with every total checked
  • An AI sales assistant that works on the same customer data and asks before anything important, like marking a customer as lost
  • A map of the delivery area and a calendar that shows up on the reps' phones
