Every discard has a reason

When hundreds of listings come in, only a handful are worth your time. This tool gathers them from several sources, sets aside the ones that break clear rules and notes why, then ranks the rest so the best come first. For those, it prepares the documents from text you approved in advance. A person makes the final call.

Clear rules do the first sort.

The rules are checked one at a time, and the first one a listing breaks is the reason on record. Change the order and see which rule turns away the most.

The best matches come first. You decide.

What’s left gets points for what matters to you, like the skills asked for and the region. The points come from your rules, not from AI, so you can see how each one was earned. Then you follow, save, skip or reject.

Documents written only from text you approved.

You approve the sentences once. The tool picks up to three that fit the listing and lays them out on one page. AI writes only the short summary and, when asked for, a cover letter; if AI isn’t available, a fixed text takes its place.

What this becomes in a business.

            • A company hiring gets hundreds of CVs for one job. Those missing a must-have are set aside with the reason noted, and the rest arrive ranked, so the manager reads a handful.

            • A sales team with a long list of leads sees the ones worth calling first, and each first message is put together from wording the owner already approved.
