Three AI agents that keep a plan on track
Keeping someone on a weekly plan takes three jobs: making the plan, watching how the week goes, and talking to the person when it slips. Here, three AI agents split those jobs and keep each other informed by leaving notes on a shared board.
Prototype
Figures as of 22 October 2026.
When the week slips, the right agent is told.
Each agent reads its notes the next time it runs and ticks them off. Move the slider for how much of the plan got done and see who gets a note.
How long a note lasts · Low 72 h · Medium 48 h · High 24 h · Critical 12 h
Fixed rules decide who is told. The AI only writes the words.
When someone writes to the Coach, a word list picks who needs to know: discouragement goes to the Monitor, a request to change goes to the Planner. And no plan is made until the profile is at least 40% complete.

How complete the profile is
The AI is asked to follow this. Nothing checks that it does.
The AI can’t forget or change these.
It finds the free slot, and says so when the week is full.
Fixed commitments are blocked out first, then each new activity takes the first gap that is long enough.
What this becomes in a business.
A personal-training studio: one agent plans each client’s week, one notices who is skipping sessions, one checks in with them before they give up.
A wholesaler: one agent watches which customers have stopped ordering and tells the right salesperson in time.
