Watch and phone data, in one place

Workouts sit in the watch’s app, steps and sleep in the phone’s. Every morning this tool collects the new activities from the watch account, adds the phone’s health data when you import it, and updates one dashboard. You can also ask an AI assistant about your data in a chat.

Run it as often as you like. Nothing is counted twice.

It adds only what’s new and updates what changed. If the internet is down, the dashboard still shows the last data. Switch the internet off and try.

When the watch company changes things, nothing is lost.

Each activity is also saved exactly as it arrived, so details not used today can be added later. And when the company renames something, this tool still finds it. Try the rename.

The phone’s health data, one line per day.

Even a very large phone export is read without problems. Steps and energy are added up, resting pulse is averaged, and sleep counts for the day you wake up.

What this becomes in a business.

  • A restaurant sells at the counter and on two delivery apps. Every morning, the owner sees yesterday’s total from all three in one place, without opening each app.

  • A gym takes bookings in one app and payments in another. Every day the two are brought together, so the owner sees on one screen who booked, who came and who paid.
