A subscription business we built and run
The business is Crenas Coliseum: before every UFC event, subscribers get an analysis of each fight, with who is likely to win, written and checked by AI in Portuguese and English. Automations handle everything around it: free trials, payments, emails and ads.

A small team of AI agents does the weekly work.
It works like a team in an office: one prepares the list of what is due, one writes, one reviews, one corrects. Nothing goes out until the review passes. Three more agents handle the results, the social media posts and the finance report.
See how the agents work →Every analysis follows the same template and is checked before it goes out.
The same structure every time makes each document easy to read and easy to check. Before anything is published, an automatic check confirms that nothing is missing and the numbers add up. If one check fails, the document is held back and corrected.

We measure how often the AI is right, so you know how far to trust it.
Before each event, the AI picks the winner of every fight and says how sure it is. After the event, each pick is compared with the real result, mistakes included, and the score is public on the site.
69%
194 of 283 forecasts right, counting all of them.
Fights are hard to call, and nobody gets them all right. Even the betting favorite, the fighter the bookmakers expect to win, loses about one fight in three. The AI’s 69% is at that level, and when it says it is sure, its 86% (68 of 79) is well above it.
Source: the public scoreboard on the business's site, 21 October 2026, counted from 2 May 2026. "Sure" means the AI gave itself 7 or more out of 10. Betting favorite: an audit by Pinnacle of 558 UFC fights, 2019–2021 (66%), and one by MMAOddsBreaker of 709 fights, 2012–2013 (68%), as reported by AgentMMA, July 2026.
Every email sends itself, and stops when the customer acts.
From the first day of a trial to a declined card or a cancellation, the right series starts on its own and stops when the customer acts. Nobody writes or sends them by hand.

Payments are collected on their own.
Customers pay by card, access opens and closes on its own, declined cards are tried again automatically, and every week a finance report is checked against the payment records before anyone reads it.
Weekly, monthly or every 3 months.
One free trial per person. A second plan bought by mistake is cancelled automatically.
Access opens on its own as soon as the payment goes through.
The card is tried again, reminder emails start, and access stays open for 7 days.
The plan stops with one clear email. In our records, those cards never paid later.

We know which ads bring customers who pay.
Each payment is saved with the ad that brought the customer, so we see which ads bring people who pay, not just clicks. Our own visitor count also showed how many people the ad platform was missing.

What this means for your company.
Your business is not a subscription site. But the same pieces solve problems most companies have.
Weekly sales reports, quotes and proposals, product descriptions in several languages. The AI writes, another AI reviews, and it tells you how sure it is.
